Adding a gazebo to your outdoor living space may be the extra touch of elegance your home is missing. Traditionally, gazebos were used to store small garden tools and as a place to escape the heat and sun while tending the garden. Typically they were quite ornate and decorative in their exterior appearance so as not to detract from the beauty of the surrounding foliage. The more affluent the individual, the larger and more embellished they became. It’s no wonder that they quickly evolved into much more than a simple gardeners shed.
